Suggested Use
Shake well and measure out the recommended dosage as outlined on the label. You can add the tincture to a little bit of water, or juice and swish in your mouth for a few seconds before you swallow.

Milky Oats (avena sativa)**, Ashwagandha (withania somnifera )*, Nettle Seed (urtica dioica)**, Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus)*, Holy Basil (ocimum tenuiflorum)**, Blue Vervain (verbena hastata)*, Borage (borago officinalis) ** and Licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra)*.
Other Ingredients: Grain alcohol, distilled water.
*Organic
Refers to botanical ingredients made from organic plant materials. In the case of tinctures and liniments, the extracts are alcohol, witch hazel or water based. The alcohol is grain alcohol which is NOT organic. Only distilled water is used.
**Wild Crafted
Refers to ethically wild-crafted and hand-harvested plants. All plant material was gathered from pristine local wildlands or Bee Wild gardens.
Safety Considerations
- Avoid if pregnant, nursing or suffering from high blood pressure, hyperthyroidism, liver disorders, edema or acute infections.
- Please consult your doctor before using if you have a medical condition or take medications.
- Not recommended for prolonged use except under the supervision of an expert healthcare practitioner (Licorice).
- Use caution if you have a sensitivity to the nightshade family of plants.

Note: many of the safety considerations above are related to the use of Licorice and Borage in this formula. These herbs comprise a very small percentage of the ingredients and I have included them because I believe they are crucial to the effectiveness of this formula.
