Suggested Use
Shake well and measure out the recommended dosage as outlined on the label. You can add the tincture to a little bit of water, or juice and swish in your mouth for a few seconds before you swallow.
Keep a bottle at the bedside to use in event of wakening in the night. Take 1 hour before bed and again at bedtime. May be taken up to 4 times per day for general relaxation. As it is a sedative mixture, avoid use before driving or using machinery.
For chronic sleep issues, our Adrenal Tonic may help to address an underlying balance.
Contains
Passionflower** (Passiflora incarnate); Valerian** (Valeriana officinalis); Scullcap** (Scutellaria lateriflora); Hops** (Humulus lupulus); Motherwort** (Leonurus Cardiaca); Kava Kava* (Piper methysticum).
Other Ingredients: Grain Alcohol, Distilled Water.

Refers to botanical ingredients made from organic plant materials. In the case of tinctures and liniments, the extracts are alcohol, witch hazel or water based. The alcohol is grain alcohol which is NOT organic. Only distilled water is used.
