Shake well before use. Spray the liniment onto your hand first or directly to the affected and affecting* areas. Rub the liniment into area vigorously for about 10 seconds. You should feel heat and blood moving into the area.
Apply the liniment at least 2-3 times per day but with acute (fresh) injuries apply every 2 hours or as often as needed to sustain relief. Continue to use for 2-3 weeks after the injury has healed. For best results, follow with Mend All Salve. The liniment provides fast relief and quick absorption but needs to be reapplied more often than the salve. Applying the healing salve afterward enhances deep healing and sustained relief.
